How to Order

• Place your order on Ko-fi only. Private messages do not count as orders.
• Provide a clear description of your commission. References are encouraged.
• Payment must be made in full upfront (in Euros via PayPal).
• You’ll get 3 free revisions after the first version is delivered.
• Track your order progress via my Trello board.
• Communication is key! Please be reachable, preferably via Discord.
• The delivery estimate is not a strict deadline. Delays may occur.^{Briggy only works in her own style. If you want a different style, please find the right artist for that!}

✔ Will do:
• Fanart, original characters, chibis, pets, branding, and more!
• Edgy, TOS-violating content is allowed (with a disclaimer).
• PNGtubers, layouts, Twitch/Discord-ready files.✘ Will not do:
• Realistic horses (phobia).

By commisioning me you accept my Terms of Service

General

• No refunds unless Briggy cancels the order.
• Orders must be made through Ko-fi.
• An order is not considered confirmed until full payment in Euros has been received.
• A clear description must be included with your order - otherwise, it will be considered a donation.
• Briggy retains full copyright of all artwork.
• Art is for personal or streaming use only (unless otherwise agreed).
• Reselling, editing, or claiming my work as your own is not allowed.
• Commissions can be printed or used for merch (non-exclusive).
• If contact is lost for 14 or more days, payment will be considered a donation.
• The client understands there is no physical item associated with this transaction.
• Briggy has the right to reject any order for any reason.
• Once the work is approved, Briggy is not responsible for any further changes. Additional edits may incur
extra charges.

Rights & Usage

• You may use commissioned artwork on streaming platforms (e.g Twitch, YouTube) and social media (e.g Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord).
• You may use them on extensions like BTTV (privately).
• You may not resell or alter the work.
• If you request fanart (e.g. characters from existing franchises), you accept full responsibility for how it’s used. •While most fan content used on Twitch, YouTube and social media generally falls under fair use, Briggy holds no liability in the event of a DMCA or copyright claim.
• You get usage rights, not exclusive rights to the idea or design.
• The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning, dataset creation or any AI-assisted generation, modification or analysis, whether public or private. Any such use is strictly prohibited.

Delivery

• Delivered via Google Drive (link available for a minimum of 2 years).
• Files are sized for specific platforms.
• Other sizes than listed on the order need to be requested with the order. Additional fees may be incurred.

Chargebacks

• Any chargeback without cause results in loss of all rights.
• Briggy will provide proof to PayPal and blacklist you from future work.

Membership

• Monthly perks via Ko-fi and Discord (must have correct account setup).
• Perks may change at any time.
• Membership perks do not rollover to the following month.
• Monthly emotes are exclusive to members subscribed during that month.
• Custom emote perk: I’ll message you in the first week — you have 7 days to respond!
