Commission me only on Ko-fi! Be sure to have your ideas ready when you place an order!
I'll be happy to help you with anything I can! If you have any questions just let me know!Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service.I'll only draw in my own style, If you want a specific art-style you should find that artist.

Process

♥ Order or purchase the amount of emotes you would like to receive. If you purchase the order you agreed to the amount.
♥ Private messaging the Artist does NOT count as an order. The order must be made on Kofi.
♥ Provide a detailed description of what you expect of the commission. Preferably with references.
♥ I’ll work with sketches only if requested.
♥ I'll make the commission and present it to you. After this you get 3 revisions and we'll make sure it's perfect for you.
♥ You'll be able to follow the order through my trello.
♥ If more information is needed the commission may be delayed.
♥ Make sure I'm able to contact you, preferably through discord.
♥ The delivery estimate is not a deadline. Delays may occur.

♡ All franchises, original characters, chibi's, pets & more!
♡ You can order something in violation of Twitch TOS. I will advice against it, but if you still want it I will make it.✘ Will not do:
♡ Realistic Horses, as I have a phobia.

Emotes

♥ Emote: €20,-I will make emotes of all franchises as well as chibi’s.
I deliver in 5 sizes:
-Twitch sizes(28x28px, 56x56px, 112x112px)
- My recommended Discord size(300x300px).
- My canvas size(600x600px) which is perfect for small merch.

Animated Emotes

♥ Animated emote: €40,-I will make emotes of all franchises as well as chibi’s.
I deliver the emote in 4 sizes:
- My canvas file (600x600px, will work for alerts as well)
- A Twitch file.
- A Discord file.
- A Bttv file.Not everything is possible for me the animated. Keeping the idea simple will make it look as smooth as possible. Just DM me if you aren't sure if something is possible!

Badge Set

♥ Badge Set with just recolours: €30,-
♥ Badge Set all different: €100,-Badge set with 10 badges. All different colours or versions.
Delivered in 4 sizes:
- The Twitch sizes you need (18x18px, 36x36px, 72x72px)
- My canvas size (600x600px).

Layout

♥ Layout: €60,- (+)

If you are interested in a layout, please select the options you want and provide a detailed description.
I include art and characters separately in the order. You can use the artwork for anything you like.
Layouts are made in size 3840x2160px and can be scaled down for twitch.Make sure you let me know what you need on the layout (webcam, counter, different game sizes)
Layouts come with a sketch. When the sketch is approved no big changes can be made.

PNG tuber

You can be whatever character you'd like to be!
I'll include files and set it up for you so you'll only have to load it in to veadotubemini.
I will include 4 drawings to have the illusion of talking. I'll include a talking gif to make it even more life like.

Profile Picture

♥ Pfp: €40,-A Profile picture of a character or logo of your choice.
It will be delivered in a 1000x1000px and 500x500px.You'll first get a sketch before a first version in this order.

_{BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ACCEPT MY TERMS OF SERVICE}

GENERAL TERMS♥ There are no refunds.
♥ Prices are subject to change based on demand.
♥ The artist retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
♥ The artist will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the client breaks any of the terms.
♥ The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork for how they see fit.
♥ Emote commissions are created solely for the client and may be used on their own platforms (Twitch, Youtube, Discord,
Twitter, etc). Gifts are allowed but the Artist only works with the Client.
♥ The artist is not responsible for the commission being stolen by a third party.
♥ Commissions may be used for profit in the form of subscriptions.
♥ Commissions may NOT be resold to a third party.
♥ Commissions may be printed or sold as merchandise.
♥ The order must be placed on ko-fi.com/briggyea and full payment must be paid and cleared before the commission is started. Payment will be in Euros.
♥ A description of the commission must be filled out with the order or the order will be considered a donation.
♥ The Artist is not responsible for any changes after the work has been approved. If additional changes are requested post
approval, there may be an additional charge.
♥ The client may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.
♥ If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible
for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
♥ A commission is not exclusive. The client is given the commissioned artwork, not given exclusive rights to an idea.
♥The artist has the right to reject any order for any reason.
♥ If the artist is unable to contact the client within 14 days of the order, it's considered a donation.
♥ If the client suddenly stops contact at any time of the commission process for a period longer than 14 days without notice the artist will consider the order a donation.
♥ The client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction.

USES♥ Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
♥ You have the right to use all commissions as merchandise.
♥ You can upload commissioned emotes to your BetterTTV channel or other extensions, but ONLY in private.
♥ You have the right to animate them or add something to them.
♥ You do NOT own the right to change, redraw or resell the item.

PAYMENT/REFUNDS♥ Payments must be made when requested.
♥ Currency accepted is Euro through Paypal.
♥ Full amount must be paid with placement of the order.
♥ Cancellation is not possible after payment.
♥ Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to fulfill the order.
♥ If the client requests a Paypal chargeback at any point when they were not allowed to ask for a refund they will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and the artist will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
The artist will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with conversations and order placement as evidence that the artist has completed work for the client. Furthermore, the client will be blacklisted for commissioning the artist again.

DELIVERY♥ You will receive the Item(s) you commissioned.
♥ Delivery will be in the form of a Google drive map unless requested otherwise.
♥ The Google drive map will stay open for 2 years after the last commission by the client.
♥ Multiple files optimized for the platforms you can use them for. Specified at order placement.

MEMBERSHIP♥ The membership gives automatic perks through kofi. If the account of the member is set up incorrectly perks can not be given.
♥ Membership perks can change at any time.
♥ If membership prices change the membership will be cancelled. The option will be given if you’d like to rejoin for the changed price.
♥ The Monthly member emotes are exclusive for members of the month. No exclusive rights can be given.
♥ Monthly member emotes will be removed once the new month’s emotes are ready. Exceptions may apply.
♥ The Perks end when the month ends and can not be taken to the next month.For the perk of a custom emote each month:
♥ You can commission a custom emote each month.
♥ Every first week of the month I’ll contact you.
♥ You have 7 days to respond and tell me your idea.
♥ Commission TOS applies.
